You tell me about your business, customers and goals. I ask a few questions, share the first things I’d look at, and tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit. If it makes sense, I’ll suggest a next step and a price. No pressure either way.
Do you offer long-term contracts?
No. Audits and sprints are one-time projects. Monthly advisory is month to month, and you can stop anytime.
Do I need a big budget for organic growth?
No. Organic growth needs time and consistency more than money. Part of my job is finding the highest-impact, lowest-cost moves for where you are right now.
